Lua Scratching Post

My cat wouldn't stop digging at the worn-out base, so I ordered this replacement as a direct fit swap. It went on in about five minutes and matches the original grooves perfectly, which means she actually uses it again instead of my sofa.

My cat took to the replacement post immediately, which is a relief since I was worried about the transition. It fits perfectly onto the existing structure and feels just as sturdy as the original, so the scratching has stayed right where it should.

The replacement post fit perfectly onto our existing tree, and the scratching surface is holding up way better than the original did. My cat started using it within minutes, which tells me it feels familiar enough to satisfy her scratching urges.
