Rewrapped both scratching posts on my cat tree and still had jute left over. The rope has a nice rough texture that my cats actually dig their claws into, way better than the worn stuff I peeled off. Tying it tight at the ends took some patience but it's held up fine so far.
My cat destroyed the base of her tree in record time, so this jute rope was a lifesaver for re-wrapping it. The 100 feet gave me enough to do the trunk twice and still have plenty left over for the scratching post. She's already digging her claws into it without any fuss.
The 100-foot length is exactly what I needed to rewrap both the main trunk and the smaller posts on our tree. The jute has a nice tight twist to it, so it stays put when I wrap it around the branches. My cat went straight for it the moment I finished, which is the real test.
